Rhoss takes part in the Eurovent certification program for heat pumps, chillers and fan coils, which is present at the Microsystem, Macrosystem and Unit-range systems.

A remarkable feature is the continuous research and development to which Rhoss subjects its products: In 2004 Rhoss opened an R&D laboratory with more than 1000m2, one of the largest in Europe. To simulate any possible condition, the machine performance is tested up to 1500kW. By using the new test booths for air processing units, in-depth technical research is carried out on performance, systems, machines and even on separate components.

The lab is run by a staff of project engineers with deep knowledge of the air conditioning, heating and air treatment fields. Along with the testing and certification activities, Rhoss promotes and develops research activities with contacts in the scientific and academic world.
