Weishaupt’s most powerful burners

WK-series burners are Weishaupt’s most powerful burners. Rated up to 28,000 kW, they have been designed primarily for heavy-duty industrial applications. They are are available as gas, oil, or dual-fuel burners.

The WK series was developed by Weishaupt to work under especially hard or unconventional conditions. In order to comply with the needed requirements, these burners take the principle of modularity one step beyond. Depending on the application, the most appropriate burner can be constructed combining different components.

Five elements form a single unit: the burner, the blower, the pump, the preheating station and the electrical panel. Combining the different modules, gas burners, liquid-fuel burners or combined-fuel burners can be supplied, with a power range that goes from 300kW to 28,000 kW.

These burners work brilliantly with superheated air and high pressure in the combustion chamber. Moreover, the introduction of digital combustion control further increases the flexibility and adaptability of this series of burners.
